Shipping Policy
At Le Parfait our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to customers across Canada, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
Shipping Cost:
- Orders over $75: FREE shipping
- Orders under $75: Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination, package weight, and chosen shipping method.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. Our shipping department hands your package to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed. It might take up 5 business days if we are very busy.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. The delivery standard for regular shipping sent inside Canada is: 1 to 3 business days within AB, BC and SK, 3 to 7 business days for all other provinces, but can take longer from time to time (depending on parcels volume, time of the year and weather). International delivery usually takes between 5–30 business days.
